Is it a medical device?
No. Luvessa is a motion night light with a UV-C cleaning aid. It does not replace regular cleaning and is not a medical device.
When does the UV-C light run?
Only while the lid is closed. A cycle of about 3 minutes starts when the lid closes, and the UV-C light shuts off as soon as the lid opens.
Will it fit my toilet?
It fits most standard round and elongated toilets. It mounts to the underside of the lid with the included adhesive or magnetic mount.
